After registering, you fill in a form with the location, description, price and photos — we cover the full process step by step in how to list a property. Listing a standard property is free.

Does CroReal.com work on mobile?
Yes, the site is fully responsive and works directly in a mobile browser on phone or tablet. There's also a dedicated CroReal app for iPhone, available on the App Store.
What is the difference between asking prices and realized prices?
The asking price is what a property is advertised for – what the seller wants. The realized price is what was actually paid when the sale went through. The two differ because prices are normally negotiated: by our measurement of the Croatian market, asking prices run a median of roughly 44% above realized ones. That is why listings show both – the comparison against similar listings is built from asking prices on the portal, while the "official realized prices" figure comes from public data published by the Ministry of Physical Planning (MPGI) and reflects prices actually paid in that municipality. We deliberately keep the two apart so it is always clear which number means what.
Where do the official realized prices on listings come from?
From publicly published data of the Croatian Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Assets (MPGI) – specifically its real-estate market review, which aggregates contracts of sale that were actually concluded. The data is broken down by municipality and property type. We show the median for the most recent year available, for apartments and commercial premises. We do not show it for houses or land, because in the official statistics that figure relates to a different area measurement than the listings on the portal and would not be comparable. If a municipality has no data from the last three years, we withhold the figure rather than show something outdated. Couldn't find your answer?
