Paid Advertising and Boosting Listings

What does boosting a listing mean?

A boosted listing appears at the top of search results, ahead of other offers, but only for users whose filters (location, property type) actually match your property. A 14-day boost package starts from €5.99.

How does homepage placement work?

Your listing gets a prime spot right on the site's homepage, the first thing every CroReal.com visitor sees — ideal for maximum visibility across the whole site. This package starts from €9.99.

What other boosting packages are available?

Besides TOP and homepage placement, we offer vignettes, search-result ads, web and iOS galleries, PushUp and PR articles. These campaigns are priced according to placement, scope, targeting and timing.

Do I need a standard free listing first?

Yes, paid promotion always applies to a standard listing you've already posted — that part is free, and the process is covered in how to list a property.

How do I order and pay for a paid package?

Activate TOP and homepage placement for a specific listing in the client administration and pay with credit. Request other formats through the form; you receive the proposal, timing and price before launch.

How long does a boost last, and can it be extended?

TOP normally runs for 14 days. The homepage duration is shown in the current offer, while tailored campaign timing is confirmed before launch. Promotion can then be extended.

Does the paid advertising price list apply to estate agencies too?

Yes, boost packages are available to private advertisers and estate agencies alike — more on business accounts in estate agencies and agents.
