How to List a Property for Sale or Rent
Listing a standard property on CroReal.com is free, and the form only takes a few minutes to fill in. Here's the whole process step by step, from registering to getting your listing approved.
Listing a property step by step
The listing form has three parts, filled in one after another on a single page.
Location, description and basic details
Choose the property type and listing type (sale/rent), then enter the location, price, size and a detailed description.
Additional details
Tick any extra features (pool, air conditioning, lift, new build, buildable land, and more) and specify the number of rooms, bathrooms, floors or parking spaces.
Photos
Upload photos of the property — they're a required part of the listing and have a major effect on buyer interest.
Everything about listing and managing a property
What advertisers ask us most often before listing their first property.
Is listing a property free?
Yes, both registering and listing a standard property on CroReal.com are free, with no time limit. To have your listing boosted or featured, check the packages under paid advertising.
How does listing approval work?
New listings undergo a manual content review before publication. Timing depends on the completeness of the information and the current review queue; you can see the listing's status after logging in.
How many photos can I upload, and in what format?
You can upload several photos at once — the upload size limit is shown directly in the form. We recommend good-quality photos of the interior, exterior and surroundings, since they significantly boost interest in a listing.
How do I edit or delete a listing I already added?
Log into your account and choose edit or delete from your list of listings — changes take effect as soon as you save them.
What if I can't enter the city or location correctly?
Use the autocomplete in the location field and pick the exact suggested option rather than typing free text — otherwise the property may not show up correctly in filtered searches.
Can I boost or feature my listing?
Yes — after posting a standard free listing, you can pay to have it boosted or featured. See the package overview and prices under paid advertising.
I want to list properties as a company or estate agency — how?
Write to us via the contact form to ask about a business account with its own entry in the agency directory — more detail in estate agencies and agents.
How long does a listing stay active?
A listing stays active until you mark it as sold/rented or delete it yourself. We recommend keeping it up to date so it reflects the current offer.
Do I have to enter a larger portfolio manually?
No. The manual form is intended for individual listings. Estate agencies can arrange a regular XML or data feed; see estate agencies and agents for the process. Useful links
