An estate agency selects the business account type itself when completing registration after verifying its email address.

Register an email address and password, then open the confirmation link sent by CroReal.com.
Choose the account type
While completing registration, select <strong>Estate agency</strong> and enter the business and contact details.
Complete the business profile
Add the name, contacts, address, website, description and logo so visitors can identify the advertiser.

XML or data feed
For a larger portfolio, send a description and sample feed through the contact form. We will agree the field mapping, data checks and regular synchronisation.

How do I find an estate agent or agency in a specific location?
The agency directory lists registered agencies along with their contact details and listings. You'll also see which agency is behind a given listing directly on the property page.
How do I contact a particular estate agency?
Each agency profile and every one of its listings shows a phone number, an email and a contact form — you can send a message directly, without registering yourself.
What's the difference between a private advertiser and an estate agency?
A private advertiser usually lists one or a few of their own properties, while an estate agency manages a portfolio of clients and has its own business profile in the agency directory.
Are estate agencies on CroReal.com verified?
The business-profile label is selected by the user during registration and is not, by itself, confirmation of an agency's licence, identity or authority. Before a transaction, independently verify its OIB, company-register entry, contact details and authorised representatives. New listings undergo a content review before publication.
How do I register an estate agency on CroReal.com?
Create a standard registration, verify the email address and select Estate agency while completing the profile. Then contact us through the contact form for an XML feed or another individually assessed technical connection.
How much does an agency listing cost?
Setting up a business profile and posting standard listings is free, just like for private advertisers. Boosting or featuring specific listings is available as a paid add-on — see paid advertising.
Can an agency manage multiple listings at once?
Yes — a business account lets you add and manage any number of properties, all shown under the agency's profile in the directory.
Can an estate agency portfolio be imported automatically?
Yes. For an agreed XML or data feed, we configure field mapping and regular synchronisation. The importer can add and update listings and retire those no longer present in the feed. Send a sample through the contact form; other technical integrations are assessed individually. Useful links
