Registering, searching for property, tracking new listings and messaging advertisers — here's everything you need to know to get around CroReal.com.
How to register, step by step
Registering takes under a minute and is only needed to list a property, set up the watchdog, or save favourites — you can browse and search without an account.
Open the registration form
Click <strong>LOGIN</strong> in the main menu, then switch to registering a new account.
Fill in your details
Enter your email address and choose a password at least 8 characters long.
Confirm your password
Enter the password a second time to catch any typos.
Verify your email and complete the profile
Open the verification link in your email, choose a private or business account, and complete the profile details.

How to get the most out of the portal, whether you're searching for a property or just tracking the market.
How does advanced search work?
On the advanced search page you can filter listings by location, property type, price, size and a range of other criteria (pool, sea view, distance to the sea, and more). Sort results by price or date added, and save a search as a watchdog.
What is the watchdog and how do I set it up?
The watchdog alerts you by email as soon as a property matching your criteria is listed. Log into your account, then click Set up watchdog next to a saved search in advanced search.
How do I contact an advertiser or agent?
Every property page offers a phone number, an email and a contact form — messages sent through the form also appear in your account. Replies usually come directly from the owner or the relevant agent.
Is communication between buyer and seller translated automatically?
Yes, messages sent through the contact form are automatically translated into the recipient's language, so you don't need to share a common one. If a translation looks off, let us know via the contact form.
How do I update my personal details?
After logging in (LOGIN), go to Personal details, make your changes and confirm with Save. A confirmation message appears once it's saved.
How do I save favourite properties?
Every listing, in the results grid and on its detail page, has an icon to add it to favourites — saved listings are collected in your account so you can come back to them anytime.
What is the price map for?
The price map shows approximate property prices by region across Croatia, helping you judge whether a given listing is in line with the local market — find it in the site's main menu.
How do I close my account or delete my profile?
Write to us via the contact form asking us to delete your profile — we usually process this within 48 hours and remove your personal data in line with GDPR.
How do listings get onto CroReal.com?
After registering, private advertisers and estate agencies can add individual listings manually. Larger agency portfolios can be synchronised from XML or another data feed by arrangement. Each property identifies the advertiser responsible for its content and currency; CroReal.com is not the seller. Useful links
