How to List Property on CroReal: Manually or via XML Feed

On this page
CroReal.com is a multilingual advertising portal focused on property in Croatia. Listings are published by private owners, developers and estate agencies. CroReal is not an estate agency or a party to a transaction; the named advertiser remains the source of the property data and the contact for enquiries.
Add one or several listings manually
- Register, sign in and choose the option to add a new property.
- Enter the listing type, location, price, size, description and relevant features.
- Upload photographs, which are a required part of a listing.
- Submit the listing for review. Review time depends on the completeness of the information and the current queue.
Once published, a listing can be edited, marked as sold or rented, or deleted from your account. The full form is explained in how to list a property.
XML feed for a larger portfolio
An agency or developer can enter the URL of its XML feed during registration or in its profile. Adding a URL alone does not start an import: CroReal first checks that the feed is reachable, reviews its structure and configures field mapping. Use contact and support to arrange the setup.
After a successful connection, the feed is synchronised regularly. New records are added, changed listings are updated, and properties no longer present after a successful import are archived. The feed should therefore provide stable identifiers and current prices, statuses, descriptions, locations and usable images.
What is free and what is paid
Registration, the business profile and standard listings are free. Charges apply only to optional visibility products such as featuring or top placement. Current options are listed under paid advertising.
Data checks and responsibility
Publication review can catch incomplete or technically faulty content, but it is not a legal due-diligence check on the property. Advertisers are responsible for accuracy, keeping information current and having authority to publish. Buyers should verify legal status with the seller or agency and their own legal adviser.
Which route should you use?
For one or a few properties, the manual form is usually the simplest route. For a frequently changing portfolio, an individually configured XML feed is more suitable. Business-profile information is available under estate agencies and agents.
