4.2.

In multi-apartment buildings, business content can be planned and arranged, the area of which should not exceed 33% of the above-ground GBP.
4.3.
Residential business building (individual or multi-residential building) is a building where at least 51% of overhead GBP (the maximum allowable overhead GBP for individual residential is 600 m2, and for multi-residential 3,000 m2) must be residential purposes, i.e. maximum 49% of GBP can be used for business facilities in accordance with the law.
For land markings S3 the minimum area of the building plot is 800 m2.
