Marcana is a municipality in the southeast of the Istrian peninsula.
It is located about 12 km northeast of Pula, the largest city in Istria.
It is known as a destination of sea, vacation, wine and olive oil.

The hotel building can reach a height of 18 m.
The tourist resort (T2) with a maximum capacity of 50 beds is a unique spatial-functional unit with a unique management consisting of several independent buildings in which are: accommodation units, reception, catering and other accompanying facilities.
Villas are built as detached buildings, and their floor is up to 4 floors, of which 3 above ground and total height up to 10.5 m.
