We are selling an apartment in a residential building in Kanfanar, near Rovinj.

The exterior joinery will be made of PVC profile of high thermal insulation that meets the standards of low energy consumption.
Windows, balcony doors and sliding rocks will be in beige color, and the outer shutters will be aluminum-colored anthracite.
Sanitary equipment will include a washbasin with a locker and a mirror, a faucet for the sink, a cantilever toilet bowl Geberit system, with only a descending toilet seat.
Each bathroom will have an 80-liter boiler and a radiator (ladder) for electric heating.
Each bathroom will have a washing machine.
The drainage of fecal water to the sewer is provided, which is in the immediate vicinity of the street.
Each apartment has its own water meter located on the street in a common water meter shaft.
On each floor there is a hydrant network according to the project.
For the purposes of heating in apartments, an oil radiator heating system from the manufacturer "Viking" and air conditioning in living rooms for cooling-heating purposes will be used.
Each apartment will have a video parlaphone connected to the main entrance to the yard and the front door.
The entrance door to the apartments will be an anti-burglary-fireplace, manufactured by Jumbo doors.
The antenna installation of the apartments is connected to the common antenna system on the roof of the building for
reception of terrestrial and satellite TV programs.
