VICTUS nekretnine is an authorized agency for real estate brokerage. Our headquarters are located in the center of Crikvenica at Ivana Skomerže 2, where our office is located on the 1st floor above the Post Office. We are registered for several real estate-related activities, and our main activity is real estate brokerage. Our real estate offer consists of: apartments, flats, houses, villas, hotels, construction land and business premises in the Crikvenica Riviera. Places we cover: Crikvenica, Jadranovo, Dramalj, Selce, Novi Vinodolski, Povile, Klenovica, Smokvica Krmpotska and in the hinterland of Crikvenica: Tribalj, Drivenik, Grižane, Bribir. The services we provide include the complete support of the buyer and seller, from the actual advertising of the property, the first contact, the presentation and description of the property, on-site viewing, providing advice on sales and purchases, checking the title deed, concluding the purchase and sale agreement, completing and submitting the tax return, registering the new owner in the land registers and transferring user services or utilities to the new owner.
