In the unbuilt part of the building area, buildings up to a height of P+2 can be built at a distance of at least 3.0 m from the adjacent boundary and other buildings at a distance of at least H/2 (H is the height of the building measured from the middle corner of the landscaped terrain next to the building to the cornice) but not less than 3.0 m.
In the same way, as in the previous paragraph, they must be away from the border of the adjacent building particle and the final building in a row or double building on its three free sides.
