We mediate the sale of a luxury villa in Rogoznica.
The facility will be built as a single residential unit composed of ground floor and first floor, and a basement in two positions where the technical rooms will be located.
The ground floor consists of:

The flat roof of the building has a net useful area of 86.95 m2 on which there are photovoltaic cells for solar power plants, solar collectors for the production of sanitary hot water, external units for the air conditioning system and ventilation devices for sanitary units and kitchens.
As part of the photovoltaic plant on the roof of the facility will be installed solar panels that will meet all the need for hot water.
The facility will also have a 2.000.00 l water tank with an automatic system of switching on in case of a water shortage or in case of reduced pressure of water from the city network.
The area on which the facility is being built is not covered by a public sewer network, and will be built within the facility with bio-pits with a purifier and a water well.
With such a system, frequent emptying of the septic tank would be avoided.
In all rooms except the garage is provided air conditioning system with ceiling and wall indoor air conditioning units.
Electrical network floor heating is provided for all bathrooms, as well as for the living room (kitchen, dining room and living room).
An overflow pool of 41.76 m3 and an area of 27m2 with the possibility of heating and cooling water will be built within the building.
A fence wall will be built around the whole plot with a pedestrian entrance on the west and east sides of the building, and with a car entrance on the eastern apartment of the building at the garage, part of which will be fenced by an automatic door with remote control.
