A new prefabricated, energy-efficient house is located in the part of the untouched nature of Gorski Kotar near the lake, only twenty kilometers away from the island of Krk and the city of Rijeka.
It is located on a land area of 1616 m2.
In many ways special, the house was built as a ground floor of 281 m2 gross area with the possibility of decorating the attic space, which on more than 50% of its surface has a standing height.
