The house has an energy efficiency certificate class A+, solar panels with photovoltaic system Off Grid - own power production 4,5kW/h, battery 48V, quaternary 20m3, geothermal field (probe 3 meters).
The residential part is a newly renovated, very modern and extravagant interior of industrial style, a novelty in these areas.
The house makes the best use of existing climatic circumstances and soil configuration.
It was designed as a ground-floor structure buried on three sides in the ground, both because of the height difference and because of the energy savings.
It works without direct connection to municipal systems and must therefore be self-sufficient, self-sustaining.
At the top of the plot is a huge swimming pool intended for olive irrigation, and the house is supplied with 20m3 of water, which collects rainwater from the surface of a flat, green roof.
On the "green" roof there are photo-voltage panels from which electricity is obtained, which is stored in solar batteries.
