Family house in the vicinity of Sv. Lovreč
The municipality of Sveti Lovreč is located in the western part of the Istrian County, and was created by the territorial organization of the Republic of Croatia, within the former municipality of Poreč.
As a unit of local self-government, the present-day municipality of Sveti Lovreč borders the cities of Porec and Rovinj, and the municipalities of Vrsar, Kanfanar and Tinjan.

Lovrec is located in the part of the Istrian County with the largest number of settlements per km2 and with extremely small settlements.
On the territory of the municipality there are important state and county roads towards Poreč and the west coast, and a part of the "Istria Y" has already been built, a semi-highway that is the "pink" of the road traffic of the region.
The whole area is covered with clusters of red earth, on the basis of which it is physiologically separated as "Red Istria".
In one of these small settlements there is this old family stone house renovated in 2010.
The house consists of a ground floor with kitchen and living room and bathroom and storage.
The stairs rise to the floor consisting of 3 bedrooms and one small space that serves as an ironing room.
