The house, located in the heart of Gračie, on the square, extends to four floors with a total area of 568 m2, 142 m2 on each floor.
The old autochthonous, stone, Istrian house dates back to around 1556.
On the ground floor there is an entrance with a large spacious hallway from which there is an exit to the back yard.
On the ground floor there is also a bathroom that has been renovated and a staircase that leads to the upper floors.
The first floor consists of four spacious rooms, two large hallways and a toilet.
The second floor consists of five spacious rooms, two hallways and also a small toilet.
The attic also has a total area of 142 m2.
In the house there are visible details that date back to ancient times, such as the floor that is paved with stone, fireplace, toilet, arrangement of rooms and ways of construction, and various details that point to the same thing.
The building has a large yard behind the house that is enclosed by the Istrian drywall and has a separate entrance from the main road and another entrance through the hall of the house.
The house needs a complete adaptation and is suitable for conversion to a hotel or some similar purpose object.
