The houses are located on two parcels of land with a total area of 160m2. The settlement has a railway station where the railway line runs between Pula and Zagreb/Sovenija. Due to its good location (proximity to larger cities, the sea, transport connections, infrastructure), the houses in the settlement are being rapidly renovated, mostly in the indigenous style, and are becoming comfortable for living and/or weekend destinations for new residents and tourists.
