Within the area of the sports and recreational purpose - the sports center (R1), according to the specific program and depending on the conditions at a specific location, it is possible to envisage the construction of open and covered, semi-open playgrounds for indoor football, handball, basketball, volleyball, tennis and other sports, the construction swimming pool, track for karting, skateboarding, rollerblading, etc.
Within the framework of an individual sports and recreation center - R1, multiple contents or individual contents can be organized, such as a diving center, a water skiing center, an equestrian center, a tennis center, a recreation and health center, etc.
On a maximum of 10% of the area of the sports center, the construction of auxiliary buildings with changing rooms and sanitary facilities, prop storage, surface maintenance equipment storage, etc., for the accommodation of accompanying recreational, entertainment, catering, service and other accompanying activities, construction of horse stables and other content depending on the purpose of the sports center.
