Rovinj, an investment opportunity in the city center
Rovinj - opportunity in the old town near the sea
Near the sea and all the amenities that Rovinj offers its residents and visitors in the summer season, there is an investment opportunity in the form of a century-old stone house that is hidden from the curious eyes of passers-by and ensures peace and privacy.
This house currently consists of solid stone walls with a width of 50cm, with 24m2 floor area, while there are approximately 20m2 of courtyards surrounding the house.
In order to make it easier for the new owner to start this investment, a project for restoration with all conservation conditions was provided, since it is a reconstruction of a building in the old town, and a building permit was obtained.
After the reconstruction, the house would have two floors with a total net living area of 30m2, on the ground floor there would be a living area with kitchen, dining room and one toilet, while on the first floor there would be a bedroom and a bathroom.
This is a special occasion in a city that every year counts more and more nights and waits for its new owner who will give her life and in time regain the invested investment!
