Just a few minutes drive from Barban is this stone house on the edge of the village with an open view of nature.
The house is successfully rented, it is awarded eco certificate as the best eco house in Europe and has its own solar power plant so it has minimal electricity costs.
On the ground floor of the house there is a living room, kitchen and dining room with large glass walls connected to the outdoor covered terrace on which there is a stone barbecue.
Also here is a bathroom with a shower as well as a storage room under the stairs leading to the first floor.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of which has its own terrace with a beautiful view of nature, and a bathroom with a bath.
There is also a storage room in the yard, with a technical room for a pool of 24 square meters.
Heating and cooling is provided by air conditioning in the upstairs rooms, underfloor electric heating is installed throughout the house except in the living room where there are excellently preserved original 70-year-old tiles.
In the living room there is also a wood stove for a nicer atmosphere during the colder days.
