Whether it was to Apollo or to the Liburnian goddess of love, health and fertility, Anzotica, we can only speculate. Love has always been a welcomed guest in the fairy‑tale Opatija, in the region we still call Liburnia after the ancient tribe that lived here. In the heart of Opatija, near the well‑known Slatina bathing area, we present an apartment in an old Austro‑Hungarian villa. The building, as well as the surrounding area of the building, and also the apartment itself, require complete renovation. The apartment is located in a building on the floor that consists of a basement, ground floor and attic in a villa with a total of 6 apartments.
