The medieval town of Buje is located in the north-western part of the Istrian peninsula and is situated on the top of a hill with a beautiful view of the sea, the surrounding hills, vineyards and olive groves for which this region is famous.
The proximity of the sea, the influence of the Mediterranean and mild continental climate, traditions in agricultural production, hunting and tourism, hilly landscape, preserved and unpolluted nature make the area of the City of Buje one of the most attractive areas of the Istrian peninsula.
Near Buje, the construction of a semi-detached house with a swimming pool began.
The double has an area of 154 m2 divided into two floors.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with kitchen and dining room, one bedroom with private bathroom, pantry, toilet and outdoor storage.
