DETAILS
The structure of the building is a vertical and horizontal load-bearing structure made of reinforced concrete with faade mounting tin panels, with corrugated exterior finish, RAL 2004.
The facade surfaces are made from polystyrene panels ZPS-60 to which an omega profile 60 mm is attached.
Between the omega profile is mounted thermal insulation 60 mm, and finishing the facade of the sine sheet OSP 27.
The internal partition walls are made of concrete blocks 20 cm thick or of plasterboard, which end towards the gallery in columns.
The floor structure consists of reinforced concrete slab on which the finishing layer of the floor is laid.
Ceramic tiles are placed in sales premises and shops, and in warehouses and auxiliary premises they are made of micro-reinforced concrete (industrial floor).
External openings (windows and combined rocks) are made of aluminum profile, glazed iso thermo glass.
Installations of water supply and sewerage, strong currents, weak telephone currents, lightning protection, alarm, air conditioners (with winter heating and summer cooling), sound system, smoke detection devices, fire extinguishers (stable sprinkler system), security doors are currently organized for 16 hours a day, i.e.
24 hours on weekends and parades, generators, outdoor lighting, loading ramps, disabled access possible, unfurnished.
