Der Olivenhain befindet sich auf einem gut sonnenbeschienenen und leicht zugänglichen Gelände und auf dem Olivenhain befindet sich ein Steinfeld (Bunja) als kleineres Gebäude aus Stein, kreisförmiger Grundriss und Flachdach, das ohne Bindemittel (Trockenbau) zum Schutz vor Unwetter und Ablagerungen gebaut wurde.
Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich auch ein Betonhaus 5x3 m für landwirtschaftliche Zwecke.
Bei minimaler Wartung variiert die jährliche Ernte zwischen 3000 und 7000 kg Oliven.
