Balustrade Estates, a real estate agency, specializes in selling properties in the town and on the island of Hvar. The agency was founded in 2004 and its founders are Rupert Dawnay and Katia Zaninović Dawnay, who both live and work in the town of Hvar. Rupert has been in this business for 30 years, previously working for well-known and reputable real estate agents in London. Katia is from Hvar, she also lived and worked in the UK for a number of years, and for 11 years she worked in leasing for large corporations. This team is completed by a quality and hardworking office assistant, Marija Barbarić, also from Hvar. Balustrade Estates has all the licenses and necessary working conditions in the real estate brokerage business, as required by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. We offer you a wide range of services that we base on a detailed knowledge of the local market as well as the necessary, but also complex, legal regulations. We carefully listen to the needs of our clients when buying or selling, and we can establish communication in several languages ​​- Croatian, English, German or Italian.
