About the agency

The agency deals with real estate brokerage, and also offers all other services related to real estate business (e.g.: consulting and representing foreign investors, etc.) in Dalmatia with an emphasis on the Šibenik-Knin County. The agency is a member of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and has a decision from the Ministry of the Economy, Labor and Entrepreneurship proving that it meets the requirements for performing real estate brokerage. It employs an authorized agent who has passed the exam for professional qualifications in real estate brokerage. It operates in accordance with the Real Estate Brokerage Act and the General Terms and Conditions. It is also a signatory to the Code of Ethics for Real Estate Brokers.
