About the agency

The Dalmat Nekretnine agency and its brand DalmatianHome.com have been operating in the Šibenik-Knin County area since 2004, where they are registered with the Commercial Court in Šibenik, and have three employees, including an authorized agent who has passed the professional agent exam. The agency's activities have been based on mediation in the construction and purchase/sale of real estate owned by several different investors operating in the Šibenik-Knin County area, central and northern Dalmatia, as well as mediation in the purchase and sale of other real estate, mostly owned by domestic and foreign private individuals. In addition to Croatia, since 2005, Dalmat Nekretnine has begun fruitful cooperation with established partner agencies from Poland, Great Britain, Norway, and Russia; over the years, it has slowly expanded its presence on the European market and gradually increased the number of potential buyers from all over Europe who recognize Croatia as their new home and an ideal place to invest in real estate.
