Our agency has a license to operate registered with the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, is entered in the Register of Agents pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 2 of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (Official Gazette, No. 107/07) and Article 5, paragraph 1 of the Ordinance on the Register of Real Estate Brokerages (Official Gazette, No. 56/08) and is a registered real estate broker with a passed professional exam entered in the Register of Agents pursuant to Article 12, paragraph 2 of the Real Estate Brokerage Act and the Ordinance on the Register of Real Estate Brokerage Agents. Real estate prices are not fixed. The buyer agrees on the final price with the seller. The agency commission is 3% + VAT.
