This is a rare combination for the island's southern side: a large coastal property, a southern exposure, views across the channel toward Šćedro and the open sea, and total isolation pending the construction of the planned road. Hvar’s southern slopes remain prime territory for Plavac Mali grapes and olive trees; a plot of this size is ideal for use as a vineyard or olive grove, or as a long-term coastal holding where future road access would significantly enhance its practical value.
