On the beautiful island of Krapanj there is a construction plot of 406m2. It is of a regular shape with an access road, located in the construction zone, mostly in the undeveloped part of the Krapanj settlement, and is important for its architectural typology, spatial organization and valuation. The plot is located within the boundaries of the protection of the historical rural unit of the island of Krapanj.
There is a conceptual project for the plot for the purpose of obtaining a location permit, which shows floor plans, facades and a 3D visualization of the building. The conceptual project was approved by the Ministry of Culture and Media, the Administration for the Protection of Cultural Heritage and the Conservation Department in Šibenik.
According to the project, it is possible to build a family house with two apartments on three floors (3 x 107.40 m2), i.e. a total usable area of ​​322.09 m2. Each apartment would have a separate driveway and entrance and the possibility of building a basement as a fourth floor under each apartment. It is also planned to build an open swimming pool that can be placed on the south side.
All infrastructure is in the immediate vicinity of the plot. According to the agreed conditions, the building will be connected to the newly built street water supply network, and the waste water drainage to the new sewerage system. Outside lighting is installed next to the plot.
Very desirable location, only 100 meters to the sea and 300 meters to the boat dock.
