b) individual economic facilities in the function of agricultural and animal husbandry
activities,

the use of other buildings and that they do not endanger the values ​​of the human environment and landscape.
(3) Individual economic objects in the function of performing agricultural activities are:
a) farms
b) farm houses
c) vineyard and olive cellars
d) tool storage
e) canopies
f) greenhouses and greenhouses
(4) Exceptionally from paragraph (3) of this article, it is possible that on
to a unique agricultural parcel with a minimum area of ​​30,000 m 2 , registered as a family
agricultural holding to build a one-story building with a total area of ​​up to 200 m2

OLIVE TAVERNS - TASTING ROOMS
(1) At a distance of more than 1000.0 m from the coastline, a registered producer of olive oil may
to build an olive tavern - a tasting room for the promotion of its products according to the following
conditions:
a) on agricultural land with an area of ​​10,000 to 20,000 m 2 with at least 200 trees
olive tree as a ground-floor building with a floor plan area of ​​up to 50 m2
;
b) on agricultural land of more than 20,000 m2 with at least 400 trees
olive tree as a ground floor building with a floor plan area of ​​up to 100 m2
;
c) on agricultural land of more than 30,000 m2 with at least 600 trees
olive tree as a ground-floor building with a floor plan area of ​​up to 200 m2
.
(2) Exceptionally from paragraph (1) of this article, and in the case when the area of ​​the olive grove exceeds 3.0 ha,
it is possible at a distance of more than 300.0 m from the coastline, that the olive tavern - tasting room
additionally serves the provision of catering and tourist services in accordance with Article 58.
