The house is made of block bricks with thermal insulation of 10 cm, and natural stone masonry 15 cm thick (NO STONE COVERING), the total wall thickness is 55 cm. Windows, doors and shutters are also made of wood (oak) with three-layer IZO-glass, filled with gas and UV protection.
The swimming pool lined with mosaic ceramics has the possibility of additional heating and cooling, video surveillance, alarm system, programmed irrigation, a garden house as a storage room, up to custom-made furniture made of solid wood (oak), each bedroom has a bathroom with a shower or a hydromassage bath (four rooms and four bathrooms) and a Finnish sauna. The stone villa is only 300 m from the sea and the beach, and it offers complete intimacy, there are no direct neighbors, it is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and olive trees, with a view of the sea and beautiful surroundings.
The stone house (villa) is located in the area of ​​Dalmatia near the city of Zadar, 20 minutes by ferry to the island of Ugljan, which is the closest island of the Zadar archipelago.
The stone house is in the immediate vicinity of the sea and well-maintained beaches with all the necessary facilities: showers, a paved part of the beach for deckchairs or a natural one made of stone, shade from old pines or an open sunny part.
A few minutes' walk from the house in the town center you can find all the necessary facilities such as coffee bars, restaurants, shops, market, post office, bank, tourist information, club for underwater activities, excursion boats.
The stone house is located in the natural environment of the island, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and the peace of island life, and there is also a pharmacy, health clinic, hospital, and bus station nearby.
