The house is habitable, but it needs renovation to restore its old splendor, or modernize it in the best possible way.

Vrisnik is a picturesque village located on the higher slopes of the island of Hvar with an excellent view of the surroundings.
The village has a harmonious community, and the house itself is a few minutes walk from one of the favorite restaurants in the area, Konobe Vrisnik.
The place is known for its good wine selection and quality olive oil.
A little further, about four kilometers away, there is Jelsa where there are numerous restaurants, several supermarkets, a beautiful square with several cafe bars and numerous patisseries in an excellent selection of homemade desserts and ice creams!
Jadrolinija operates a daily high-speed ferry service via Bol to Split, and from the nearby ferry port of Stari Grad, several times a day ferries operate between the islands of Hvar and Split.
