Tar and Vabriga - two places - one settlement.
Today, Tar and Vabriga, spreading towards each other, have become one settlement, separated only by the road Pula - Trieste.
Historically, it would be more accurate to say - three settlements: Tar, Frata, Vabriga, but Frata is already a southern suburb of Tara.
