Project for a house with a swimming pool - 7 km from the sea
House location: The house is located on the edge of a quiet place in the vicinity of Porec, away from the sea 7 km and from Porec 12 km.
The neighborhood is quiet, there are mostly family houses and holiday homes, and otherwise the place is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards.
Room arrangement: The house consists of ground floor and first floor.
On the ground floor there is an open living room with kitchen and dining area and a toilet for guests.
From the living room and kitchen there would be a direct exit to the covered terrace by the sundeck and pool.
In addition, a spacious storage room is planned on the ground floor, which is accessed from the outside of the house.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, each of which has its own private bathroom, and two rooms have access to a shared balcony.
In addition, there is a balcony on the other side of the house that is accessed from the hallway.
The house will be equipped with electric underfloor heating, additional air conditioning for heating and cooling.
A chimney will also be built to use the fireplace as desired by the customer.
In front of the house there will be parking for two to three vehicles, and behind the house a swimming pool of 23 m2 around which there is a spacious sunbathing area, which is connected with a covered terrace.
Next to the house will be a summer kitchen.
The rest of the garden will be arranged as a garden, and the whole plot will be fenced.
Other: The house is sold finished turnkey, without furniture.
According to the customer’s wishes and before the start of the project, it is possible to adapt the project.
