Villa location: This beautiful modern new building is located in Kastelir, on the edge of the village, 7 km from the sea and 13 km from the town of Poreč.
In the neighborhood there are private holiday homes, some of which are used for tourist rentals, and in addition the villa is surrounded by nature, vineyards and olive groves, and because of the slight fall of the terrain offers a beautiful view of the sea.
Room arrangement: The villa consists of ground floor and first floor.
The ground floor provides a very spacious open living room with kitchen and dining area (95 m2), wellness room with sauna, shower and toilet, pantry and a separate toilet for guests.
The living room and dining room will have large glass walls to the south-west, which will allow a view of the sea and direct access to the pool and sunbathing area.
In addition, from the dining room there is a direct exit to the covered terrace with a summer kitchen.
