On the first floor there is an extremely comfortable living room and dining room from which are provided views that cancel out any stress in the body, kitchen and another room that is in the stage of remodeling, and in which the boiler is located and the preparation for the bathroom is made.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, and on the third floor, which is in the nature loft, there are two more bedrooms.
The house also belongs to the 245 m2 garden, which is located under the house and which looks towards the unforgettable nature of central Istria and Motovun and fully fits into it, is rectangular in shape and completely flat, provides opportunities to enjoy the views, nature, but also to create its garden, orchard.
In the winter months you will be heated by a wood stove that provides an additional atmosphere of romance and peace, and in the summer months due to its construction with thick stone walls, the house retains a comfortable temperature and there is almost no need for air conditioners, which are located in the house to improve the climate.
Two years ago, the roof is completely remodeled, the exterior carpentry and the roof windows are in excellent condition, and the house is constantly being worked on because it is carefully maintained.
Parking spaces are close to the house, reserved for residents of Grožanjan and a favorable annual fee is paid for their use.
