The special value of the entire complex is precisely its exceptionally designed and well‑equipped outdoor space, conceived as a true small Mediterranean oasis.
In the central part there is a large heated outdoor pool with seawater, surrounded by a spacious sun terrace and greenery.
The carefully arranged garden with Mediterranean plants, grassy areas and mature trees creates a pleasant sense of privacy and a relaxed atmosphere.
Around the pool there are zones for sunbathing and relaxation, while different parts of the garden provide ample space for outdoor enjoyment.
Additional value is provided by a designated barbecue and social area, with outdoor seating and dining spaces.
The whole garden is designed so that the outdoor area is not just an addition to the apartments, but one of the main elements of the property – a place for all‑day stay, relaxation and socialising during the long Istrian summers.
The beach in Peroj is less than one kilometre away, while Fažana with its arranged marina, restaurants, shops and other amenities, as well as the Brijuni National Park, are easily accessible.
The property represents an excellent choice for a personal holiday and seaside stay, but also a very interesting investment for tourist rental thanks to its location, the complex’s upkeep, the pool and direct access to outdoor facilities.
