By entering the property we can immediately enjoy the sea view from one of the landscaped green lawn terraces cared for by the villa’s gardener.
The apartment includes two landscaped grassy areas totaling approximately 150 m2.
Just a walk through the park‑styled yard, about twenty‑something steps, separates us from the exit of the yard to the first beach and the sea.
Here we can enjoy the associated lawn terrace far from the swimmers’ view, in the greenery, in peace, breathing the scent of the sea and listening to the sound of the sea and waves.
All amenities such as shops, post office, restaurants, coffee bars, school, kindergarten are a few minutes’ walk away.
