The town of Vrbanj is located in the center of Hvar, with excellent transport connections to Jelsa, Stari Grad, Sveta Nedjelja, Vrboska, Zavala, Hvar and Sućuraj. It is only 3km from the sea and can be reached by bike in 15 minutes to Stari Grad or 10 minutes to Jelsa or Vrboska.
As you enter the Villa's courtyard, under an antique stone vault, you will be greeted by a large swimming pool on the left. In the continuation of the house there are two areas for relaxation, a lounge area for relaxing by the pool and an area with a handmade fireplace and a wooden canopy for socializing with friends. On the ground floor inside the house you enter the dining area with a large wooden table for 6 people, right next to the dining room is the retro-style kitchen. You enter the living room through an old turquoise wooden door and you will find yourself in a spacious stone living room with antique furniture decorated in a shabby chic style. There is a guest toilet decorated in the same style as part of the living room. From the ground floor, next to the dining room, through an opening in the floor, stairs lead to an oasis of the sea depths. The old water tank is fully adapted to relaxation for the soul and body, giving an incredible feeling of peace and tranquility, which is why we called it the Dive&Relax Zone.
On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a spacious terrace with a jacuzzi and a mini kitchen, and a lounge area. The first room is the Oleander room with two single beds and hand-decorated wardrobes. The second bedroom is the Lavender room with a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe, all with small Lavender details.
On the 2nd floor is the largest bedroom (Olive room) with a walk-in bathroom.
The villa is fully equipped and is being sold with furniture, each room has air conditioning. Every detail of this villa has been designed with love and care and we are sure that future owners will recognize this.
