Construction of modern equipped buildings in Sukošan, located 70 meters from the sea. From almost every apartment the sea can be seen, the beaches are a 2‑minute walk away and all amenities needed for living are in the immediate vicinity. Reserve an apartment during construction, pre‑contract of sale, pay 20 % upon signing the pre‑contract, the remainder when the apartment is ready for occupancy with handover of keys. 2. Purchase during construction in 5 equal installments, the final installment is paid immediately before moving in. 3.
