This special holiday home is located in northern Istria, about 20 km from the tourist beauty of Opatija. It is an antique over 100 years old that was renovated 10 years ago from the ruins: completely new insulation was put in the floors and walls, the walls were additionally strengthened and then grouted or plastered, there was a new mezzanine structure, new carpentry and a new roof. .
