We are currently receiving bookings for investment during construction.

The ground floor of the villa includes: entrance hall, spacious kitchen with dining room and living room, room with private bathroom and guest toilet.

Terms of payment:
- 30% immediately after signing the contract
- 40% at roh-bau stage
- 25% upon completion of construction
- 5% upon issuance of a valid permit
The offer also applies to the purchase of the whole house (price by arrangement).
Dear customers, in accordance with the Real Estate Brokerage Act, sightseeing of real estate is possible only with the signature of the Brokerage Agreement.
According to the same, the buyer has an obligation to pay the agency commission in case of purchase.
