In the living room there is a functional and aesthetically very attractive fireplace with a glass guillotine and an electro-ventilated chimney, which allows the use of smoke-free space, with a system of hot air blowing into the living room and attic.
On the west side of the house there is a separate entrance from the public promenade in a completely separate APP/STUDIO area of 29 m2, which can be rented all year round without affecting the privacy of the main residential part. The whole complex, which includes the house, APP/STUDIO and the yard, is designed with a pronounced architectural touch of the old and modern Istrian tradition, recognizable by its aesthetics.
All furniture, including piano and interior details made to measure and specially ordered for this space, is included in the price, except for private memorabilia and artwork.
