The living room, oriented on three sides, is extremely bright and offers an open view of the sea as well as the main square in front of the church, where concerts are held once a week, visible from the entire floor of the house.
In the living room there is a functional and aesthetically very attractive fireplace with a glass guillotine and an electro-ventilated chimney, which allows the use of smoke-free space, with a system of hot air blowing into the living room and attic.
On the west side of the house there is a separate entrance from the public promenade in a completely separate APP/STUDIO area of 29 m2, which can be rented all year round without affecting the privacy of the main residential part. The whole complex, which includes the house, APP/STUDIO and the yard, is designed with a pronounced architectural touch of the old and modern Istrian tradition, recognizable by its aesthetics.
