A new family house is for sale - a villa in Primosten, currently in the stage of performing rough works.

- pool concrete, heated - heat pump.
In the part of the facility will be placed underfloor heating via heat pump (living room and bathroom), separate cooling system, in the garage charging stations for electric cars... The facility will be categorized for 5*.
The possibility of changing materials and equipment of your choice and with additional payment to the customer, depending on the possibility of adaptation and the stage of works performed on the facility.
The planned completion date is July 2025.
