It is located in the picturesque Istrian village of Barban, widely known for the traditional "Race on the Ring"; a knight's game held every year at the end of August and which attracts thousands of domestic and foreign tourists and visitors, enjoying the competition of brave horsemen with sharp eyesight who throw their long spears at the "river" of the ring.
This villa will hit every client "in the midst" of their desires for a truly special property.
It is located at the very end of the village, surrounded by greenery, vineyards and olive groves and has a beautiful panoramic view of nature, place and mountain Učka.
The villa consists of ground floor and first floor.
On the ground floor there are large kitchen-dining room, living room, anteroom and staircase, two "en suite" bedrooms, storage room, separate bathroom and in the outer part covered "L" terrace and pool of 55 m2.
Upstairs there are two more "en suite" bedrooms, gym, anteroom, sauna, staircase-hall, separate bathroom and a covered terrace with a beautiful view.

Control is exercised over all relevant projects of the building, over the model and calculations of your authorized Passive House designer.
