Apartments and houses that the agency has marked as new builds. Most are on the coast — in Istria, the Kvarner Gulf and around Zadar — and some are sold off-plan, before completion.
When buying off-plan, ask for the building permit, the pre-sale contract and the expected date of the occupancy permit (uporabna dozvola). Without it the property cannot legally be let to tourists.
