The object of sale is a land plot in Makarska with a total area of 2815 m2 in the area of Volition.
The price per m2 is 200 euros.
The land is located about half way from Makarska towards Tučepi.
The land is in the zone of economic purpose K 1 - 14.
Business purposes are business, administrative, office, commercial and service facilities, and smaller production facilities (workshops for production of aluminum, PVC and wood carpentry, prefabricated, lathe and auto-mechanical workshops, stonemasonry plants, ice cream production plants, glass workshops, concrete plants and plants for production of concrete kitchenware, warehouses and warehouses for production of concrete kitchenware.
We do not give the location of the property by email, phone, etc.
The tour of the property is possible only with the signing of the Mediation Agreement, for the purpose of protecting the property of the owner from visits by unregistered persons, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the Real Estate Mediation Act.
The agency fee for the buyer is 2.5% of the achieved price!
All costs are included in the agency commission:
- Notary public,
- preparation of the pre-contract and the main contract through our lawyer,
- Acquiring approval for the purchase of real estate by the Ministry of Justice (for non-EU citizens)
- registration (court and cadastre),
- transfer of all current obligations (water, electricity, waste disposal, maintenance) from the name of the seller to the name of the buyer.
- if you do not have an OIB (tax number in Croatia), we mediate in the preparation in the tax administration of Makarska.
The commission is paid upon receipt of the deed of ownership in the name of the buyer!
