Sunny plot with a view of the sea and the church
On a slight elevation, where the day slowly spills from blue to golden shades, this building plot of 566.16 m2 is situated, quietly as a well-kept secret of a new settlement that is just waking up.
The access road already leads to the plot as a discreet call, and electricity and water stand nearby like faithful companions, ready to support one's courageous idea of home.
From this place, the gaze slides toward the sea that breathes in the distance, while the bell tower of the church soars like a keeper of time; its bells spill over the space softly and solemnly, as if blessing every future beginning.
In the summer evenings, crickets lead their small orchestras here, and the air smells of pine and salt, creating a scene in which it is easy to imagine a sun-drenched terrace, the laughter of children or a quiet morning with the first coffee.
Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and yet close to all the necessary amenities, this plot is ideal for a family house or a holiday home a place where you can live slowly, with full lungs.
