Betina is a settlement on the northeastern coast of Murter, an island that is connected to the mainland by a bridge at Tisno.
It is located 35 km west of Sibenik.
The historical part of Betina was built on the slopes of the Artic peninsula and over time the settlement spread to the Zdrače bay and merged with the town of Murter.
Today, there is no physical boundary between Murter and Betina.
Guests can find accommodation in private apartments and rooms and Betina also has a modern marina for accommodation and service of boats and yachts with a capacity of 100 berths.
Betina is widely known for its wooden shipbuilding.
A large number of small family shipyards used to operate in Betina, and the tradition of shipbuilding has persisted to this day.
The beautiful beaches and bays of Murter are a true oasis of peace and privacy, and there are numerous national parks and nature parks nearby.
For example, NP Kornati opposite the municipality of Tisno, is a collection of 89 islands, islets and cliffs that delight with its impressive geography.
Nearby there is also the largest natural lake and the Nature Park Vrana.
At the very edge of urbanization,170 m of air line from the sea is sold agricultural land total area of 1669 m2.
The terrain is of proper shape and is located in a quiet location.

The first beach is by road 850 m2.
The access road is one part paved, and the rest is a gravel road.
